Police believe 45-year-old father Nicholas Alexander shot and killed his 16-year-old daughter, Larissa "Juniper" Alexander, before turning the gun on himself.

A portion of these units will be prioritized for people who lost homes during wildfires, as well as for agriculture workers and their families.
