Authorities named the driver killed in a two-car crash on Highway 101 in Camarillo Tuesday. A second driver who left the scene hasn't been found.

The parents and six children of a man who died of a heart attack during an encounter with California Highway Patrol officers are suing the state and two CHP officers for wrongful death.

Two people in the pickup truck narrowly avoided more serious injuries. The CHP said both had non-life-threatening wounds.
