Samsung has announced the launch of its largest 16:9 4k monitor to date, the ViewFinity S8 (S8OUD model), ahead of CES 2025. The company says its new monitor series is designed to "maximize productivity, immersion, and efficiency”, making it a handy piece of kit for both casual and professional users.

The Alienware AW2725Q uses a QD-OLED panel with a 4K resolution, which is uncommon, although not unheard of for such a small monitor. As a result, you’ll find that the AW2725Q offers 166 pixels per inch (ppi), which is the highest density currently available for a QD-OLED gaming monitor.

Just a few days after LG announced its CES 2025 lineup of monitors, Samsung is doing the same. The company just introduced several new models, and perhaps the most impressive among them is the Odyssey OLED G81SF.
