The New York Jets have landed on a familiar face as their new head coach. According to various reports, Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn has been tabbed. For some around New York, the 52-year-old is very familiar. He has strong ties to Gang Green in multiple ways.

New York and Glenn agreed to terms on a five-year contract for the former Detroit Lions defensive coordinator to become the head coach of an organization that has missed the playoffs for 14 straight years - the longest active drought in North American sports.
