The Arizona Department of Transportation announced major weekend traffic closures for the Broadway Curve Improvement Project.

Interstate 10 appeared three times in a list of the top 10 most dangerous U.S. highways, with five Arizona freeway sections included on the list.
Interstate 10 in the Baton Rouge metro area reopened to both eastbound and westbound traffic Thursday afternoon, the Department of Transportation and Development announced.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 near the 47 mile marker in Baldwin County are blocked and will be for an undetermined amount of time, according to ALEA.
Following snow, sleet and ice that arrived in the Big Bend and South Georgia Tuesday due to a winter storm, a large stretch of a major highway shut down Wednesday evening.
Motorists heading from the East Valley to Phoenix and points west will have to get creative this weekend due to disruptive freeway closures.
Interstate 10 from the Louisiana-Texas state line to as far east as Sorrento or Gramercy could be fully open to traffic in both directions at some point Thursday afternoon, Department of Transportation and Development Secretary Joe Donahue said.
“Since the temps went back down to freezing, there have been five vehicles spin and slide on the icy bridge!!!” The Pascagoula Police Department posted on its Facebook page. “The driving conditions are dangerous right now. First responders are placing barricades on both sides to warn motorists not to drive on the bridge.”
Interstate 10 continues to be closed in both directions from the Alabama, Florida state line to Exit 192 in Gadsden County.
The Interstate 10 closure spans nearly the entire state, ending west of the Mississippi state line east of New Orleans.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All eastbound lanes on Interstate 10 near Cecil Commerce Center Parkway (State Road 23) in Duval County are currently closed Thursday morning due to a crash, according to the Florida Department of Transportation. Florida Highway Patrol says the crash is fatal.
