Erivo was styled by Jason Bolden for the occasion, who has helped define Erivo’s take on Elphaba’s style throughout the “Wicked” press tour. Bolden also curated Erivo’s sculptural leather coat dress look for a November appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” sourced from Salon 1884’s spring 2025 collection.

Erivo is one of the five women nominated for best actress by the 2025 Oscars for her role in “Wicked.” The film itself is one of the top three Oscar-nominated pictures for 2025 with a total of 10 nominations.

As the Oscar nominations came out, Wicked was a heavy-hitter on the list with ten nominations. In addition to Best Picture, “Anora” earned six Academy Award nominations, including Best Director (Sean Baker), Best Actress (Madison) and Best Original Screenplay. Additionally, Russian actor Yura Borisov, who gives perhaps the most surprising performance of the film, received a much-deserved Best Supporting Actor nod.
