ChatGPT, a development of San Francisco-based OpenAI, is a tool trained through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, meaning the more people interact with the artificial intellegence, the more it learns and can give nuanced responses. But artificial intellegence isn't perfect all the time.

Three Mid-South residents were deemed as winners in the lottery ticket drawing Monday night, according to a news release from the Tennessee Lottery. One winning Powerball ticket matched five out of six numbers and was worth $1 million.

The jackpot has been growing since September when two tickets, one each sold in Missouri and Texas, split a $1.787 billion prize – the second-largest pot across Mega Millions and Powerball.

The winning numbers drawn on Dec. 15 were: 23, 35, 59, 63, 68 and a Powerball of 2. The Power Play multiplier is 4x. While no one matched all five numbers and the Powerball, two $1 million prizes were won by ticket holders in Arizona and California after they matched five numbers.

If a single ticket matches all six numbers, the winner could receive a cash prize valued at an estimated $735.3 million.
