The “visa integrity fee” will be $250 during the 2025 U.S. fiscal year, which started on Oct. 1, 2024, and ends Sept. 30.
The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released updated guidance clarifying the implementation of the $100,000 H-1B visa fee, following a presidential proclamation issued on September 19.
The states joining California in filing the lawsuit include New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey and Washington.
