Tampa police identify body pulled from water as death investigation continues
TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Police Department has identified the body of a man who was found dead on Monday in the water near Chapin Street. Officers identified the man as 24-year-old Armando Guzman-Ortiz, the department said in a news release. Guzman-Ortiz lived nearby and was reported missing on Dec. 26 last year.
