Nice peaceful short hike to see two falls. It was great that were flowing good in September. Not always the case with waterfalls in the fall. Worth a stop. Full review by 577SusanH

You don't really go to the bottom of Mill Creek for anything, Mill Creek Falls is on a bluff opposite where you view it after hiking down from the Prospect trailhead. Both Barr Creek and Mill Creek Falls plunge down into the stretch of the Rogue River you are above and opposite from where the falls are. You can get to Mill Creek if you just really want to, but not where the falls tumble into the Rogue.
